“Sub Zero Extraction involves freezing the plant to around -20 degrees for about 24 hours. The extraction process consists of first, soaking the frozen hemp with frozen Food-Grade, USDA organic sugar cane alcohol, next using a centrifuge, the alcohol tincture mixture is separated from the plant. The alcohol tincture mixture now has CBD, other cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids in the alcohol and is filtered to remove any plant particulates. The last step is pumping the alcohol tincture mix through a falling film, heated column, which evaporates off the alcohol and leaves behind the high-quality, ready-to-use full-spectrum extract.
